Roasted Red Pepper Salsa
We use red pepper instead of tomato as a base for our unique vegetable salsa. Sweet with a spicy twang, this salsa is best used with roasted meat and cheeses, like in a sandwich or enchilada, but is equally as great as a dip for chips!
