Our Veggie Delight is a special family recipe, with nothing but vegetables thrust into an amazing spread. One special use I found was on a turkey club; instead of mayo, substitute some of this spread and, along with fresh iceberg lettuce, a tomato, and a pickle on the side, enjoy one fabulous sandwich.
