AMFISSA Capers

Capers are among the world's oldest foods. Capers are the pickled flower buds of the caper bush; oftentimes packed in sea salt, these are pickled for a less salty, more crisp taste. Commonly used in chicken piccata, they are also used in a wide variety of salads, pastas, sauces, and pizzas.
